Aaron Stone, President and CEO

Aaron brings the right combination of vision and mature business judgment to the stewardship of Netelligent. Success speaks for itself as Netelligent was just named to the CRN Fast Growth 100, at #13. Under Aaron's leadership, Netelligent is focused on creating a multi-faceted relationship with each customer. Establishing and growing Key Partnerships is Aaron's other focus area. These Partnerships include: Cisco, EMC, Data Domain, VMware, Tandberg and Microsoft.

Aaron has over 16 years of diverse experience with a variety of entrepreneurial, high-technology and market-making businesses. He has an impressive technical and education background which includes the Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of IL (Urbana-Champaign).

Rick Chapman, CTO

Rick is our chief architect and heads our team in designing and building the multi-service IP platform for applications for the Hosted Cafe. Focusing mainly on real-time voice and video applications for the last 10 years, he is responsible for setting the vision for technology direction and for building Netelligent's next generation platforms.

Rick has over 15 years of experience in technology, beginning his career building complex solutions for the healthcare and financial industries. Rick attended the University of Missouri and holds many professional certifications from Cisco and Microsoft.

Steve Busselman, Director - Sales (Commercial)

Steve is responsible for managing the overall sales, client and market development strategies. Steve is responsible for Netelligent's multi-faceted customer relationships. He believes that business skills and technical understanding combined with real-world experience is what makes a consultant successful.

Steve has over 14 years of experience in sales within the technology sector. He has a BS (Marketing) from Nova Southeastern University.

Luke Johnson, Director - Engineering

Luke is responsible for professional services. This includes both the Managed Services and Systems Engineering divisions. In addition to day-to-day management of the engineering team, overseeing the service delivery model, Luke is focused on working with key partners and industry insiders to tune Netelligent's offering of products and services.

Luke has over 12 experience in the management and leadership of technology teams. He attended both Ranken Technical College and Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and earned a BS (Management).

Susan Overby, Director - Operations & Customer Services

Susan is responsible for operations and customer services. This includes human resources, recruiting, facilities and project management. Susan is focused on continuously enhancing and streamlining internal process and effectiveness.

Susan has over 25 years of experience in client service, operations management. She has a BS and MA from the University of Illinois. Susan has also studied at the University of Oxford in an executive education program.

Joe Christian, Director - Business Development

Joe is responsible for building new customer relationships and for managing key accounts. He has forged a tremendous reputation as an expert who helps his clients better understand their current technologies and evolving technologies to enhance organizational productivity and effectiveness.

Joe has over 10 years of experience in technology consultation. He has a BS (Management, Spanish) and a MA (Information Systems) from the University of Missouri.
