Description
Netelligent is seeking a Systems Engineer with CCIE certification who is an expert in Voice and Data and possesses the skills to provide pre-sales and onsite support to clients. Qualified candidates will serve as a technical authority for voice technologies and will have experience translating client business needs into technology specifications. This individual will design solutions and plan implementations working directly with the sales team and the customer.

• Keep technical, communications, and business skills current with an emphasis on understanding emerging technologies and their impact on Netelligent customers and their business.
• Exceptional technical and non-technical communication skills for pre-sales engineering.
Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible work schedules to meet clients' needs.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills - considered by others as someone with sharp "people skills".
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Certification – Voice Track Preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in IT environment networking either in Voice, Security, Core or some combination; Voice specialization preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Cisco cross platforms. |

Description
This role requires comprehensive knowledge of Unified Communication and DataCenter offerings, coupled with Netelligent strategies and competitive and industry knowledge.
Marketing and technical sales experience is required. Product training is available. The product line includes, but is not limited to: advanced routing and switching, voice and video over IP, web collaboration, wireless, storage networking, security, broadband, and content networking.
Qualifications
• Responsible for new business, account penetration, and retention with those companies with greater than 50 employees up to approximately $ 99M in domestic annual revenue.
• Understand client's infrastructures; compare and contrast this infrastructure to the Netelligent solution.
• Provide external assistance on manufacturer product lines; communicate these plans to clients and potential clients.
• 3-5 years of successful business development and sales experience is required.
• Identifies creates and implements action plans for Key/Focus accounts.
• The ideal candidate must possess good customer presence with a demonstrated ability to develop new business.
• Lead strategic sales initiatives to closure, and maintain relationships to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Candidates must have competence in all methods of demand generation and relationship management techniques, including, but not limited to cold calling, event coordination, and other methods used to create and drive business opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, self-starting, prolific communicator and have the ability to master complex selling environments.
• The position requires extensive business management skills including proficiency in developing quarterly and annual strategic plans as well as short-term sales forecasts.
• A key component of this role will be this person's ability to work with Cisco, EMC, VMWare and Tandberg sales teams to drive opportunity development in order to fit unique customer requirements.
