We provide a detailed Inventory Listing of all your covered devices and locations. We can consolidate multiple contracts and co-terminate contract dates.
1. Search Cisco Service Contract Center for upcoming expiring contracts.2. Search for all customer contracts, purchased through other vendors, with a signed LOA.3. Create renewal quotes in Cisco Service Contract Center (co-termed to one end-date).4. Consolidate all Cisco quotes into our Maintenance Management System.5. Depending on renewal account, coordinate financing through Cisco Capital. Note, possible free learning credits with 3-year deals!6. Customer Review meeting.7. Finalize Maintenance Plan.8. Once signed quote / PO is received, purchase all Cisco quotes.9. Combine all like-service contracts into one so customer will have one contract per service level.10. Provide Customer a confirmation of renewed contracts with all appropriate data.
