The Netelligent Design Session (NDS) facilitates a joint session of customer’s technical experts and Netelligent subject matter experts to alleviate specific pain points where a known issue and a need to determine the correct solution amongst a myriad of options exists.
The Netelligent Design Session is a solution-building exercise with skilled engineers and technical staff from the customer, to help address pain points or technology gaps within a customer’s IT environment.
Various members from the customer’s IT team, including the Director of IT, aligned with technology directional objectives and financial considerations, and the subject matter leads for the customer environment, such as communications, networking or security, meet with Netelligent’s practice leaders and business analysts.
The impact to the customer is typically a half day, with some preliminary information gathering and for solution review.
At the end of the engagement a customer can expect to have a solution that improves the operation of existing infrastructure or provides additional capabilities to mitigate a pain point or need with a solution quote that includes the design, product or services and implementation costs.
